The Prosecutor General's Office (PGO) has invited former President of Georgia / Leader of the New Forces Movement political party Mikheil Saakashvili for questioning on December 18.
The PGO has said this in a statement posted on its website, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
Saakashvili is summoned to the PGO at 09:30 in the morning to testify as a suspect on charges of assisting participants of criminal organizations to finance actions aimed at overthrowing the constitutional order.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the Pecherskyi District Court of Kyiv refused to select a round-the-clock arrest as a restrictive measure for Saakashvili.
