President Petro Poroshenko has approved new versions of three procedural codes and a code regulating the operations of the new Supreme Court.
The presidential press service announced this in a statement, the Ukrainian News Agency reports.
According to the statement, Poroshenko signed the draft law No. 6232 into law on November 22.
The law introduces new versions of the Economic Procedures Code, the Civil Procedures Code, and the Code of Administrative Justice.
The document also regulates the operations of the new Supreme Court and the High Court of Intellectual Property.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau recently asked Poroshenko to veto the draft law No. 6232 because it provided for introduction of restrictions on the periods of pre-trial investigations.
