Law enforcers seized two swords from Oleksandr Avakov, the son of Interior Minister Arsen Avakov, during searches.
A source in law enforcement agencies said this to Ukrainian News Agency.
"No especially expensive values were found during the searches, but two inlay swords have been taken," the source said.
Law enforcers are valuating the cost of the swords.
Law enforcers found and seized money during searches in the house of former deputy interior minister Serhii Chebotar, according to the source.
Law enforcers also took from the suspects mobile phones, PCs, and some documents.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on November 1, the Solomiyanskyi District Court of Kyiv refused to arrest Oleksandr Avakov, Chebotar and Lytvyn accused of embezzlement of UAH 14 million during state procurement of backpacks to the National Guard by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and released them on a personal obligation.
