"NATO is first of all the alliance of values and that is why the most successful alliance ever. In the period after Cold War we had to adjust to new types of threats. Nowadays, both Americans, and White House are concerned by the threat of terrorism from the East in the first turn. Nevertheless, the issue of the solution of conflict in the Donbass region and the liberation of Crimea stays the guiding idea in Washington. As far as you know, we are having collaboration in many directions - we have increased trust funds for helping the Armed Forces of Ukraine, for improving the health of Ukrainian soldiers, for providing the psychological recovery, our instructors teach your soldiers regularly. You have got the right imaging, but you need to implement it. You are limited by your imagination and energy only. Ukraine needs the military reform, the reform of security service, and then it will be able to become a full member of NATO", - Michael Murphy noted.
The participants of the Conference also discussed the tasks of Ukraine before NATO Summit in 2018, the methods of counteractions of the North Atlantic Community experts to hybrid wars and the future role of China in the geopolitical worldview.
