The National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP) has urged the Pecherskyi District Court of Kyiv to impose a fine on Deputy Chairperson of the Nadiya Savchenko's Public Platform Tetiana Protchenko from 300 to 400 non-taxable minimum wages (UAH 5,100-6,800) for untimely submitting a financial report for the second quarter of 2017.
This is said in court's materials, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
In particular, Protchenko failed to submit a financial report of the political party for the second quarter of 2017 before the deadline (August 9).
At the same time, the court decided to return an administrative protocol stating it needs to be formalized properly for NACP's Chairperson Oleh Sytnyk sent the materials to court unilaterally, which constitutes a breach of the procedure.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in July, the Ministry of Justice registered a political party of Member of the Verkhovna Rada Nadiya Savchenko (non-affiliated) under the name Social and Political Platform of Nadiya Savchenko.
