Minister of the Internal Affairs Arsen Avakov has given instructions to law enforcers to stop protecting a public protest under the Verkhovna Rada.
Avakov wrote this on Twitter, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
Avakov did not explain his decision.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, as of October 30, approximately 50 protestors continued the protest campaign near the Parliament.
The protestors pitched out their tents on part of Hrushevskoho street, at the Constitution square and in Mariinsky park.
On October 17, activists started the protest near the Verkhovna Rada calling for abolishing a parliamentary immunity, creation of an anticorruption court and passing a new law that establishes new rules for parliamentary elections.
