Netherlands Decides To Keep Confidential Documents Concerning Crash Of Malaysia Airlines Boeing In 2014

The Kingdom of the Netherlands has decided not to release to public documents concerning the crash of the Malaysia Airlines' Boeing 777 (flight MH17) in Donetsk region in July 2014.

The decision was made by the Council of State of the Netherlands, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

According to the report, the Council of State partially repealed a decision of the lower instance court that called for releasing the documents related to the downing of the MH-17 in Donbas.

The decision was made in response to complaints from Dutch media, in particular, the Volkskrant newspaper and the RTL and NOS TV-channels that complained about difficulties in retrieving the information concerning the investigation of the crash.
