Prosecutor General Yurii Lutsenko does not rule out extradition of former President of Georgia / Leader of the New Forces Movement Mikheil Saakashvili to Georgia.
Lutsenko announced this to the press, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
"I have The Migration Service has denied him the status of refugee... Saakashvili has not appealed against the decision at courts and now he is a stateless person and there are no circumstances making his extradition impossible," he said.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, Prosecutor General Lutsenko said Ukraine had grounds to deny Georgia extraditing Saakashvili.
