The Kyivenergo company states that as at October 1, the debt of consumers of Kyiv for the used electric energy was UAH 1.012 billion. The company announced this in a statement, Ukrainian News Agency reports. It is noted that the main debtors are the enterprises of life-support of the city of communal ownership and population. According to the report, enterprises of housing and communal services, including life support enterprises of the city, owe for electricity UAH 491.4 million. The debt of the population of Kyiv for the consumed electricity to Kyivenergo as at October 1 was UAH 332.15 million. The largest debtors are consumers of Darnytskyi, Sviatoshynskyi and Solomianskyi districts (UAH 48.9 million, UAH 37.4 million and UAH 37.4 million respectively). Debt of the state budget for compensation of benefits and subsidies for electricity to Kyivenergo is UAH 141.49 million, of which the debt of the Kyivvodokanal company - UAH 53.71 million. As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, as at September 1, Kyivenergo stated that the debts of consumers in Kyiv for the used electric energy amounted to UAH 981 million.
