Ukrzaliznytsia To Launch New Odesa - Przemysl Train On December 10

Ukrzaliznytsia public joint stock company intends to launch a daily train No.36/35 Odesa - Przemysl on December 10.

Ukrzaliznytsia announced this in a statement, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

According to the statement, the train No.36/35 Odesa - Przemysl will follow through next stations: Zhmerynka, Ternopil, Lviv, Krasne, Rudnytsia, Vapniarka and Khmelnytskyi.

"From December 10 - the new train Odesa - Przemysl! Every day. Stops - in Zhmerynka, Ternopil, Lviv, Krasne, Rudnytsia, Vapniarka, Khmelnytskyi and others," acting board chairperson of the Ukrzaliznytsia Yevhen Kravtsov wrote this on Twitter.

It is noted that the train will start to run with the introduction of the train schedule for 2017/2018.

The schedule of cruising on the territory of Ukraine has already been developed, and the schedule for the territory of Poland at the moment is being finalized.

The first train will depart from Odesa on December 10 at 06:26 p.m., in the opposite direction from Przemysl - on December 11 and arrive in Odesa at 11:15 a.m.

In its composition - compartment cars.

According to the statement, at the moment the cost of tickets is coordinated with the Polish side.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, Ukrzaliznytsia limited the route of high-speed trains Intercity+ Kyiv - Przemysl to the stations Medyka (Poland) and Lviv in connection with the modernization of the railway line in Poland from October 16 to October 27, 2017.

Ukrzaliznytsia reduced its losses by UAH 9.5 billion or 2.3-fold to UAH 7.3 billion in 2016, compared with 2015, based on the international financial reporting standards.

Ukrzaliznytsia increased its sales revenues by UAH 6.4 billion to UAH 66.6 billion in 2016.

Ukrzaliznytsia began operating as a public joint-stock company on December 1, 2015.

Ukrzaliznytsia is made up of the Donetsk, Lviv, Odesa, South, Southwestern, and Dnipro railways, as well as other enterprises and organizations with a single production and technological complex providing transportation of freight and passengers.
