The Pecherskyi District Court of Kyiv has ordered night home arrest of Leonid Bohdanov, former director of the Judicial Information Systems state enterprise (2013-2014) suspected of embezzlement of UAH 6.4 million.
Serhii Horbatiuk, the head of the department for special investigations of the Prosecutor General's Office, announced this to Ukrainian News Agency.
He says the court made the decision last week.
Prosecutors will appeal against the home arrest for Bohdanov.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, law enforcement agencies held Bohdanov at the state border with Russia on September 23.
