The Special Monitoring Mission of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE SMM) states that militants of the self-styled Luhansk People's Republic use lasers to hamper work of video cameras mounted by the mission in Stanytsia Luhanska.
The OSCE SMM wrote this on Twitter's microblog, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the Joint Center for Control and Coordination of Ceasefire in Donbas stated that militants shelled on Novotroitske checkpoint (Donetsk region) when the SMM OSCE patrol crew was driving through that point.
