PGO Lodges At Court Case Against Persons Accused Of Organizing Shooting Of Euromaidan Activists

The Prosecutor General's Office (PGO) has filed a case against persons accused of organization of shooting of Euromaidan activists to court.

Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yurii Lutsenko said this at the opening of a legal forum in Kharkiv, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, Lutsenko promised that before October 2017, the PGO would file to court a criminal case against former president Viktor Yanukovych, former interior minister Vitalii Zakharchenko and former head of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) Oleksandr Yakymenko accused of organizing shooting of activists on Maidan Nezalezhnosti square in February 2014.
