President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has enacted a concept adopted by the National Security and Defense Council on September 13 on development of the system for government of the state in conditions of state of emergency and during special period.
The presidential press service announced this in a statement, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
The President orders National Security and Defense Council Secretary Oleksandr Turchynov to supervise the execution of the decision of the NSDC.
The President orders the Cabinet of Ministers to provide implementation of the provisions of the concept and to report about the implementation of the concept by February 1 of each year.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on September 13, the National Security and Defense Council adopted two concepts: introduction of counter-intelligence regime, and government of the state in conditions of state of emergency and during special period.
