Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yurii Lutsenko has signed charge papers against member of the Ukrainian Parliament of the Will of People parliamentary group Oles Dovhyi.
Ukrainian News agency learnt this from press secretary of Lutsenko, Larysa Sarhan.
The MP is suspected under Section 2 of Article 28 (a crime committed by a group of persons, by a group of persons under prior agreement, by an organized group or a criminal organization) and Section 2 of Article 364 (abuse of power) of the Penal Code of Ukraine.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the National Anticorruption Bureau (NACB) rejected presence of any draft suspicion against Dovhyi agreed with the Specialized Anticorruption Prosecutor's Office (SACPO).
On July 11, the Verkhovna Rada withdrew MP immunity from Dovhyi.
