The Transparency International, an international non-governmental organization which is based in Berlin (Germany), calls on the Ukrainian authorities to establish the Anticorruption Court.
The organization has said this in a statement, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
Transparency International calls for establishment of an independent court in order to form a powerful judicial element with the authority no one can undermine.
In order to achieve such a goal, judges have to be elected via an open tender and international partners have to take part in the process of the selection.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the International Monetary Fund hopes that the Ukrainian authorities will establish the Anticorruption Court.
Transparency International had previously expressed concerns over the establishment of an anticorruption chamber instead of the Higher Anticorruption Court.
President of the European Commission Jean-Claude Juncker says the European Union calls for establishment of an anticorruption chamber in Ukraine.
The National Anticorruption Bureau explained Juncker's statement with misinformation.
