Cabinet Wants Rada To Endorse GDP Growth Forecast For 2018 Of 3%, Inflation Of 7%

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine wants the Verkhovna Rada to adopt the state budget for 2018 with a GDP growth forecast of 3% and inflation of 7% (December on December).

This is said in bill No.7000 on the 2018 state budget registered at the Verkhovna Rada on September 15, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

The macroeconomic forecast foresees nominal GDP of UAH 3,247.7 billion in 2018.

The wages of employees and wages of military is predicted to make UAH 972.3 billion in 2018.

The average monthly wage will make UAH 8.629 and will increase by 10.9% in real prices.

The profit of profitable enterprises is expected at UAH 726.6 billion.

Exports of commodities and services will increase by 7.3 billion to USD 54.4 billion and the imports will grow by 8% to USD 61 billion.

Scenario No.1 foresees successful and quick reforms.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the Cabinet of Ministers wants the Verkhovna Rada to adopt the state budget for 2018 with revenues of UAH 877.043 billion and outlays of UAH 948.129 billion.
