Cabinet Wants Rada To Increase Living Wage To UAH 1,700 From January 1, Minimum Wage To UAH 3,723

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine wants the Verkhovna Rada to adopt the state budget for 2018 with living wage of UAH 1,700 from January 1 and the minimum wage of UAH 3,723 from January 1.

This is said in bill No.7000 on the 2018 state budget registered at the Verkhovna Rada on September 15, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

The bill envisages that the living wage will increase to UAH 1,700 from January 1, UAH 1,777 from July 1 and to UAH 1,853 from December 1, 2018.

The bill envisages that the minimum wage will increase to UAH 3,723 from January 1. The minimum hour wage will make UAH 22.41.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the Cabinet of Ministers wants the Verkhovna Rada to adopt the state budget for 2018 with revenues of UAH 877.043 billion and outlays of UAH 948.129 billion.
