Ukraine has not sent its draft resolution on the UN peacekeeping mission in Donbas to the Security Council of the United Nations.
The Presidential Administration announced this to Ukrainian News Agency following and inquiry.
The answer reads that Ukraine is holding consultations with international partners regarding elements of the possible UN peacekeeping mission in Ukraine.
"The results of the work will be made public in due time," reads the document.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine Vadym Prystaiko says the Russian draft resolution of the United Nations on peacekeepers in Donbas is hindering Ukraine's work of adjusting the final wording of the document with international partners.
President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko and U.S. Secretary of Defense James Mattis consider that deployment of a peacekeeping mission of the United Nations in Donbas would facilitate settlement of the situation there.
