A district court in Lviv has arrested and set a bail of UAH 32,000 for another suspect involved in public disorders stirred up during crossing the state border by former chairperson of the Odesa Regional State Administration \/ Leader of the New Forces Movement Mikheil Saakashvili and his supporters at the Shehyni checkpoint (Lviv region). Press service of the Main Department of the National Police in Lviv region, Ukrainian News Agency reports. The detainee is a 35-years old citizen of Volyn region. The man has been charged on three counts under the Penal Code. In particular, he is accused of crimes under Section 2, Article 332 (illegal smuggling of persons across the state border of Ukraine), Section 2, Article 342 (making resistance to a police officer, enforcement officer) and Article 293 (group violation of public order). As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on September 13, one of district courts of Lviv selected a restrictive measure in a form of remanding in custody to a 39-years old citizen of Ivano-Frankivsk region charged with involvement in public commotions during illegal crossing the state border by Saakashvili and his supporters at the Shehyni checkpoint.
