HCPJ Sacks Higher Administrative Court Head Nechytailo

The High Council of Public Justice (HCPJ) has sacked Chairperson of the Higher Administrative Court Oleksandr Nechytailo.

Head of the HCPJ press service Oksana Lysenko has written this on Facebook, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

She said respective decision was taken on Tuesday.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the HCPJ had opened a disciplinary case against Nechytailo.

In March, Nechytailo recalled his resignation statement from the HCPJ.
