Prosecutor General's Office of Georgia asks Ukraine to put on the wanted list, detain and extradite former chairperson of the Odesa Regional State Administration / leader of the New Forces Movement political party Mikheil Saakashvili.
Deputy Justice Minister of Ukraine Serhii Petukhov has said this at a briefing, the Ukrainian News Agency reports.
He said that in compliance with documents Ukraine received from Georgia, Saakashvili is involved in four criminal cases, in particular, upon embezzlement and abuse of office.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, Saakashvili intends to return to Ukraine on September 10.
