The Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Belarus says missions of Ukraine and the United States will perform an observation flight over Belarus and Russia September 4-8.
The Embassy wrote this on Twitter citing BelTA agency, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
The flight will be performed within the agreement on open sky.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko sees possible threats to Ukraine's territorial integrity in the joint military exercise of Russia and Belarus West 2017 (Zapad 2017), which will be held in Belarus September 14-20.
The Russian Defense Ministry says the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus intend to include approximately 12,700 militaries in the Zapad-2017 military exercises to be held in Belarus on September 14-20.
