The State Property Fund of Ukraine has sold 25% of shares in DTEK Dniproenergo and 25% of shares in the DTEK Dniprooblenergo for a total sum of UAH 1.732 billion to the Ornex Company, which is a part of the System Capital Management Group. The shares were sold during auctions at the PFTS Stock Exchange on August 31, Ukrainian News Agency reports. The 25% of shares in DTEK Dniproenergo was sold for UAH 728.236 million (the starting price was UAH 728.236 million) and 25% of shares in DTEK Dniprooblenergo for UAH 1.004 billion (the starting price was UAH 490.054 million). In August, the Property Fund sold to the Ornex company the 25-percent stake in DTEK Donetskoblenergo at a price of UAH 143.81 million, the 25-percent stake in the DTEK Zahidenergo power generating company for UAH 417.163 million and the 25-percent stake in Kyivenergo energy company for UAH 759.633 million. As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the Property Fund received two tender bids for 25% of shares in DTEK Dneproenergo (Zaporizhia), and two tender bids for 25% of shares in the DTEK Dneprooblenergo (Dnipro). The Property Fund has decided to auction 25-percent shareholdings in eight energy companies at Ukrainian stock exchanges in August 2017. In particular, the Property Fund decided to auction shares of Odesaoblenergo at Ukrainian Exchange, shares of Donetskoblenergo at the INNEX stock exchange, shares of Donbasenergo at the Ukrainian interbank currency exchange, shares of Sumyoblenergo at the Perspektiva stock exchange, shares of the DTEK Dniproenergo, and shares of the DTEK Dniprooblenergo at the Kyiv International Stock Exchange, shares of DTEK Zahidenergo at the PFTS stock exchange. SCM was founded in 2000. 100% of the SCM belong to businessman Rinat Akhmetov.
