The headquarters of the antiterrorist operation says the ATO forces can easily return heavy weapons to the contact line if militants continue to violate on permanent basis the Minsk agreements. The press center of the ATO headquarters wrote this on Facebook, Ukrainian News Agency reports. The statement reads that the Ukrainian army strictly observes the Minsk agreements while militants use weapons with the caliber exceeding 100 mm. "But in case of systematic violations of the peaceful agreements by the enemy, preparations for offensive actions, the ATO forces are capable of bringing heavy weapons to the contact line quickly to give a tough response," says the ATO headquarters.
