The Kyiv city state administration intends to hold a regatta on the occasion of the 26th anniversary of Ukraine's independence.
This is said in resolution No.961 of the Kyiv city state administration of August 11, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
The Kyiv city state administration also plans a concert on the occasion of the Day of Ukraine's Independence on Kontraktova Square and the art festival on Andriivskyi Uzviz Street.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the Kyiv city state administration has decided to restrict traffic in the downtown and some streets in districts on August 24 because of events to be held in the city on the occasion of the celebration of the Day of Ukraine's Independence.
