The Kyiv Appeal Economic Court has voided agreements on transfer of the Mezhyhirya residence in Kyiv region to former president Viktor Yanukovych.
Prosecutor General Yurii Lutsenko wrote this on his Facebook page, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
Prosecutor General Lutsenko says the next step will be a court decision on responsibility of Yanukovych, former energy and coal industry minister Eduard Stavytskyi, and other officials for alienation of the state residence and its transfer to private hands.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, a court ordered arrest of all real estate in the Mezhyhirya residence in Kyiv region.
