The presidential press service says in its statement that the increase in the revenues of the state budget is a result of fruitful fight against corruption in Ukraine and the return of USD 1 billion to the budget by the Prosecutor General's Office.

The statement reads that the additional revenues will be spent for vulnerable strata of the population, for construction of roads in regions, medical services in rural areas, and for additional financing of the defense and security sector.

"A big part of additional money will be used for construction of an ammunition factory... Another direction of financing is provision of supplies of several kinds of weapons, including Stronghold tanks, to the Ukrainian army," reads the statement.
