A court has ordered arrest of a part of property of Verkhovna Rada members Boryslav Rozenblat (independent) and Maksym Poliakov (from the faction of the People's Front Party).
A well informed source told this to Ukrainian News Agency.
"A part of property (of MPs Boryslav Rozenblat and Maksym Poliakov) has been arrested," the source said.
According to the source, the court continues to consider the motion of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office on arrest of property of the MPs.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office is requesting the Solomiyanskyi District Court of Kyiv to arrest all property of Verkhovna Rada members Boryslav Rozenblat and Maksym Poliakov.
Special Anti-Corruption Prosecutor Nazar Kholodnytskyi said in June that MPs Rozenblat and Poliakov demanded a bribe from a nonresident company in exchange for facilitation of extraction of amber in Ukraine.
