The Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense states that one militant died and five were taken to hospital as a result of drugs overdose in Luhansk region.
Press service of the Main Intelligence Department of the Ministry of Defense has said this in a statement, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
According to the report, militants used drugs to get rid of nervous disorders and suicidal mood.
In addition, the report informs that in the sixth separate motor rifle regiment (Kadyivka) of the Second Army Cops, one underling mercenary died after being beaten up by a Russian Regular Army officer, two militants defected and one attempted a suicide.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense had stated that Federal Security Bureau of Russia arrested an intelligence head of a motor rifle brigade of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic for storage and distribution of drugs.
