Court Fines Samopomich MP Miroshnychenko UAH 1,700 For Late Declaring Motorcycle

The Pecherskyi District Court of Kyiv has fined Member of Parliament Ivan Miroshnychenko from the faction of the Samopomich Party UAH 1,700 for the failure to declare on time the purchase of a Harley-Davidson motorcycle.

This is said in documents of the court, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

MP Miroshnychenko purchased the Harley-Davidson FLHX Street Glide (year of production 2012) motorcycle for UAH 141,020 on September 14, 2016. He was obliged to declare this within ten days.

He declared the purchase on November 18, 2016.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in February 2017, the National Agency on Corruption Prevention requested the court to fine MP Miroshnychenko for the failure to declare on time the purchase of a Harley-Davidson motorcycle.
