Court In Russia Extends Arrest Of Ukrainian Journalist Suschenko Until September 30

The Lefortovskiy District Court of Moscow (the Russian Federation) has prolonged the arrest of a Ukrinform national news agency's journalist Roman Suschenko until September 30, 2017.

Suschenko's lawyer Mark Feygin has written this on Twitter, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in April 2017, the Lefortovskiy District Court of Moscow prolonged the arrest of journalist Roman Suschenko until June 30.

The Federal Security Service of Russia suspects Suschenko of espionage and allegedly calls him a special officer of the Main Intelligence Department of the Defense Ministry of Ukraine.
