Court Orders Home Arrest Of Rudenko Suspected Within Case Against MPs Rozenblat And Poliakov

The Solomianskyi District Court of Kyiv has ordered home arrest of Vadym Rudenko, who is suspected within a bribery case against Member of Parliaments Boryslav Rozenblat from the faction of the Solidarity Bloc of Petro Poroshenko and Maksym Poliakov from the faction of the People's Front Party.

The Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office told this to Ukrainian News Agency.

Rudenko heads the secretariat of the deputy union Deputy Control.

According to the theory of the investigation, Rudenko took USD 11,000 to exercise his influence on the MPs.

The Solomianskyi District Court of Kyiv issued the order on June 21.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on June 21, the Solomiyanskyi District Court of Kyiv ordered detention of Tetiana Lubanko, an aide to Member of Parliament Maksym Poliakov (People's Front faction) who is suspected of accepting bribes on behalf of Poliakov, for two months and set bail at UAH 160,000.

Her parents have posted the bail.
