With 226 votes required, 244 lawmakers voted for bill No.5629, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
The bill introduces fines of between UAH 1,020 and UAH 1,700 on economic entities for failure to develop places for invalids on pavements and roads.
The law will take effect in three months after the date of its publication.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the Verkhovna Rada adopted the bill at first reading in April 2017.
