Kholodnytskyi Signs Motion To Strip Deputy Immunity From MP Dovhyi

Deputy Prosecutor General / Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor Nazar Kholodnytskyi has signed a motion to strip deputy immunity from Member of Parliament Oles Dovhyi (the Will of People group).

Kholodnytskyi announced this at a press conference, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

He says the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office received documents from the Prosecutor General's Office last week on brining Dovhyi to criminal responsibility for illegal allocation of land plots in Kyiv in 2007-2009.

Kholodnytskyi says he has signed the motion and will sent it Prosecutor General Yurii Lutsenko.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, MP Oles Dovhyi has declared 95 paintings, 10 statues, 11 expensive wristwatches, and USD 1.5 million in cash for 2015.
