Law Enforcers Hold Activist Tarasenko Over Murder Of Ex-State Duma MP Voronenkov

Law enforcers have held activist of Pavlohrad Self-Defense public organization Yaroslav Tarasenko on charges of suspicion of involvement in the murder of former Russian State Duma member Denis Voronenkov.

Ukrainian News Agency has learnt this from a source with knowledge within law enforcement bodies.

The suspect was detained on Friday, June 16.

Press service of the Kyiv Prosecutor's Office already announced that Tarasenko had already been charged with suspicion.

The investigative measures are underway.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on Friday law enforcers had conducted a special operation in Dnipropetrovsk region to arrest suspects in Voronenkov's murder.
