SACPO Suspends Investigation Into CEC Head Okhendovskyi's Party Of Regions Black Ledger Case

The Specialized Anticorruption Prosecutor's Office (SACPO) has suspended pretrial investigation into the case upon so-called black ledger of the Party of Regions launched against Chairperson of the CEC Mykhailo Okhendovskyi.

The SACPO has said this in a statement, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

According to the report, official documents provided by Ukrainian diplomats, who assisted Okhendovskyi during organization of his working trips, contain considerable discrepancies.

The SACPO hopes that the prosecution will find out why the black ledger materials last time dated with December 2012 got into the official investigation process only over three years later, which technically complicated the investigation.
