Defense of former president Viktor Yanukovych intends to ask the Obolonskyi District Court of Kyiv to question Secretary of the NSDC Oleksandr Turchynov, President Petro Poroshenko and former prime minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk within the framework of the case upon high treason.
Yanukovych's lawyer Vitalii Serdiuk has told this to the press, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the Prosecutor General's Office intends to ask the Obolonskyi District Court of Kyiv to question Yatsenyuk and opposes questioning of Kyiv Mayor / Chairman of the Kyiv Municipal State Administration Vitali Klitschko and leader of the Svoboda All-Ukrainian Association political party Oleh Tiahnybok within the Yanukovych's case.
