The Prosecutor General's Office (PGO) intends to ask the Obolonskyi District Court of Kyiv to question former prime minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk and opposes questioning of Kyiv City Mayor / Chairperson of the Kyiv City State Administration Vitali Klitschko and leaders of the Svoboda All-Ukrainian Association party Oleh Tiahnybok within the case against former president Viktor Yanukovych accused of high treason.
Prosecutor of the Main Military Prosecutor's Office Ruslan Kravchenko has said this at a briefing, the Ukrainian News Agency reports.
The prosecution intends to question a total of 150 witnesses within the case.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the court has suspended Yanukovych case hearing for May 29.
