Ukraine has banned providers from rendering services of access to resources of Mail.ru, VKontakte, Odnoklassniki and Yandex.
The Ukrainian News Agency learnt this from the Presidential Decree No. 133 dated May 15.
Besides, Ukraine imposed sanctions against services of Yandex Airtickets, auto.ru, Yandex auditorii, Yandex Afisha, Yandex Money, Yandex Webmaster, Yandex video, Yandex Time, Yandex direct, Yandex disk, Yandex maps and other services.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, President Petro Poroshenko has enacted the decision of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) imposing sanctions against 1,228 individuals and 468 legal entities.
The sanctions will be in force from one to three years.
The Council of the European Union is eyeing an opportunity to extend the term sanctions against the Russian Federation are imposed for from six to twelve months.
