The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has decided to change the form of property of the Antonov state-run enterprise and the Civil Aviation Plant 410 state-run enterprise to public joint stock companies.
The Cabinet of Ministers made the decision at its sitting on Thursday, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
In particular, the Cabinet of Ministers agreed with an initiative of the UkrOboronProm state concern.
The State owns 100% of shares of the Antonov state-owned enterprise and the Civil Aviation Plant 410 state-owned enterprise.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, Civil Aviation Plant 410 offers a wide range of repair and maintenance services of An-24, An-26, An-30, And-32 planes and D-36 engines.
On April 4, 2015, the Cabinet of Ministers decided to integrate Antonov SOE into UkrOboronProm state concern.
Established in December 2010, UkrOboronProm incorporates over 120 enterprises of the defense industry.
