DPR's "Tribunal" Sentences Ukrainian Scientist Kozlovskyi To 2.8 Years Behind Bars

Military tribunal of so-called Donetsk People's Republic has sentenced Ukrainian scientist Ihor Kozlovskyi to 2 years and 8 months in prison.

Son of the scientist Oleksandr has written this on Facebook, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

According to the media, since January 2016, Kozlovskyi has remained in militant captivity.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, First Deputy Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine / Representative of Ukraine in the Humanitarian Subgroup of the Trilateral Contact Group for the Settlement of the Situation in Donbas (Ukraine-OSCE-Russia), Iryna Heraschenko said that as of April 27, 127 people remain in militant custody in the area of the antiterrorist operation.
