The Appeal Court in Moldova has sustained the ruling of the Dniprovskyi District Court of Kyiv on house arrest for judge Mykola Chaus.
Ukrainian News Agency has learnt this from Anticorruption Prosecutor of Moldova Viorel Morari.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, earlier court chose house arrest as a preventive measure for judge Chaus.
The judge currently stays in a rented apartment in Chisinau.
