The International Court of Justice will take a decision on terms and procedure of consideration of the Ukrainian case against the Russian Federation on May 12.
The press-service of the President of Ukraine has said this in a statement, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, President Petro Poroshenko considers extremely important the ruling of the International Court of Justice recognizing Russia party to the Minsk agreements.
The International Court of Justice obliged Ukraine and Russia to abide by the Minsk agreements.
