The media holding "1+1 Media Group" is taking its payroll card program from PrivatBank to the Odesa-based Pivdennyi Bank. Sources in the media holding told this to Ukrainian News Agency. The transfer of the payroll card program is divided by stages. The UNIAN news agency has been transferred to Pivdennyi Bank, while other structures are serviced by PrivatBank so far. All employees of the media holding have been informed about the move. The 1+1 Media Group includes seven TV channels: 1+1, 2+2, TET, PlusPlus, 1+1 International, UNIAN TV and Bigudi, and as well as information and news sites TSN.ua, UNIAN, Glavred.info and the international resource Ukraine Today, as well as the websites Telekritika and Dusia. In addition, the structure of the group includes the Production Department 1+1 Production, responsible for creating its own and adapting the international content for the group. As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in 2016, businessman Ihor Kolomoiskyi increased his stake in TV and Radio Company Studio 1+1 LLC by 4.691 percentage points to 57.5%, and the president of the Dynamo football club, businessman Ihor Surkis - by 7.466 percentage points to 24.6% (as at December 31, 2016). PrivatBank passed into government ownership on December 21, 2016. Before, it was controlled by Ihor Kolomoiskyi and Hennadii Boholiubov. The largest stockholders of Pivdennyi Bank are Mark Bekker who indirectly owns 23.6%, and Yurii Rodin who indirectly owns 38.2%. According to the data of the National Bank of Ukraine, as at January 1, 2017, Pivdennyi Bank occupied the 14th position in terms of the size of its assets (UAH 20.7 billion) among 93 operating Ukrainian commercial banks.
