According to the statement, Musiyenko left Ukraine on June 15, 2016, and she has not returned.

She was notified on August 13, 2016, that she was suspected of committing criminal offenses punishable under Section 1 of Article 255 (creation or participation in a criminal organization); Section 4 of Article 28, Section 5 of Article 191 (large-scale embezzlement of state property); Section 4 of Article 28 and Section 2 of Article 205 (fictitious entrepreneurship); Section 4 of Article 28 and Section 3 of Article 209 (money laundering) of the Penal Code.

The National Anti-Corruption Bureau placed the suspect on a wanted list on August 13, 2016.
