Russia's Sberbank Sells Leasing Business In Ukraine

Sberbank of Russia has sold its leasing business in Ukraine - the Sberbank Leasing Ukraine company.

This is said in the data posted in the State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

On March 20, company's owners changed.

New owners are PCG Finance LTD (the Republic of Cyprus) and resident of the population center of Zolochiv, Yevhen Venychuk (Lviv region).

According to open sources, one of PCG Finance directors is Katerina Fragkoudi, who is also the director of the Rosneft International Holdings Limited.

After the owner shift, Sberbank Leasing Ukraine was renamed as financial Leasing Center.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on March 27, Sberbank of Russia announced sale of its subsidiary Sberbank in Ukraine to the consortium of investors, Grigory Guselnikov and Said Gursuriev.
