Minister Of Finance Danyliuk: Russia-Funded Banks' Blocking Feature Of Anarchy

Finance Minister of Ukraine Oleksandr Danyliuk considers that blocking of commercial banks with Russian state capital is a feature of anarchy.

The minister has told this to the 1+1 TV channel, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

Danyliuk said that the Ukrainian authorities were obliged by the International Monetary Fund to ensure security of banks with Russian capital at the last second.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in its supplement letter of intent sent by the IMF and signed by President Petro Poroshenko, Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman, Head of the National Bank of Ukraine Valeriya Hontareva and Finance Minister of Ukraine Oleksandr Danyliuk, the Fund requesting security for banks with Russian capital in Ukraine.
