Cabinet Introduces Free Issuance Of Long-Term Visas To Hungarians

The Cabinet of Ministers has introduced free issuance of long-term visas to Hungarian citizens.

This is stated in the Cabinet of Ministers directive No. 226 of April 5, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

According to the directive, this decision was the result of Ukrainian-Hungarian agreements on liberalization of travel for citizens, as well as Ukraine’s response to the introduction of free issuance of long-term Hungarian visas for Ukrainian citizens.

Implementation of the directive is expected to facilitate development of bilateral relations between the two countries and intensification of contacts in the social, economic, cultural, humanitarian, and other spheres.
