Chair of the National Bank of Ukraine Valeriya Hontareva has confirmed her intention to resign in some time, however has not submitted her resignation statement yet.
Press-service of the National Bank of Ukraine has said this in a statement, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
The President shall decide on dismissal of the NBU chair and respective decree requires approval of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, activists of the National Corps had painted a house of Chair of the National Bank of Ukraine Valeriya Hontareva in Horenychi (Kyiv region).
